how is the hospital indemnity insurance benefit paid?
When i experience a hospital confinement & emergency accident. I submitted a relevant document ( claim form ) needed by insurance company. After 2 to 3 weeks, I had receive a lump-sum payment as described in the insurance policy which is 5 days x RM 200 per day = RM 1,100.
